OUR PROCESS
Four stages, no shortcuts — the exact process every operator on this platform goes through before they ever meet a client.
The process
STAGE 01 · SOURCING
Every operator on this platform comes from one of six regions we’ve spent years building relationships in — not a general job board. We look for people who’ve already done the work: property managers who’ve run a portfolio, hosts who’ve handled a 2am guest emergency, coordinators who’ve kept a maintenance queue from catching fire.
“We use them to find the great talent… This relationship doesn’t feel like outsourcing; it feels like inbound help to infill gaps that occur as we grow.”— Billy, Ohana Vacations (400+ units across several states and countries)
STAGE 02 · TESTING
We test written and spoken English to a proficiency level, not a checkbox. We run scenario-based skills assessments in the tools your industry actually runs on. And we screen for what doesn’t show up on a resume — follow-through, discretion, and the judgment to escalate instead of guess.
“They provide just the right words to guests in every situation… Everyone we’ve worked with on their team is kind and professional.”— Meg Putnam
STAGE 03 · TRAINING
Before an operator ever meets a client, they’ve worked through our role-specific roadmaps — AppFolio and Buildium for property management, Hostfully and Guesty for short-term rental, the triage systems that keep a dispatch queue moving. You won’t be the first business they’ve learned your software on.
“They have also been doing a fantastic job with listing optimization, making frequent changes to the listings, which is definitely rewarded in the OTA algorithms.”— Eldon Johnson
STAGE 04 · SUPERVISION
Every account is paired with an advisor who has personally scaled teams like yours. They check in, catch problems early, and swap talent within two weeks — no questions — if something isn’t working. Placement is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it.
“Today they’re the most qualified resources we have for knowing our policy inside and out — and for making sure it’s consistently followed.”— Ryley Beaumont
